This Privacy Policy explains what information Pright collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account details (name, email, title) for you and your teammates; the content you create in the Service (action titles, descriptions, notes, screenshots, and file attachments); usage data needed to operate the Service (timestamps, device and browser information, IP address); and information collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you consent to them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how the Service works.

3. How we use it

To operate and improve the Service, route actions between teammates, generate the audit trail on each action's trace page, communicate with you about your account, process payments, and keep the Service secure.

4. Payment information

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Moyasar, our payment processor, under their own privacy policy.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We don't sell your data. We share it only: with service providers who help us run the Service (such as our payment processor and our hosting and infrastructure providers), and only as needed for them to perform that function; when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to this policy.

6. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal compliance.

9. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

11. Shared trace pages

An action's trace page may be shared by link at your team's discretion. Anyone with that link can view the information on it, so treat trace links the same way you'd treat any other shared document.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
